How to Submit Your Artwork for a Custom Poker Chip Order
Sending over artwork for a custom order is usually the part first-time buyers are most unsure about. It’s simpler than it looks, and there’s more than one way to do it.
A Few Ways to Send Your Design
You can email your image or logo, message it directly through Etsy, or in some cases just provide a link — whatever’s easiest, as long as the file is reasonably clear and not heavily compressed.
Text Orders Are Even Simpler
If your order is text-only (names, a date, a short message), there’s no file to send at all — you just specify the wording, font preference, and color directly in your order notes.
What Happens to Light Backgrounds
Light or white backgrounds on submitted images are removed automatically as part of production, so there’s no need to manually cut out a background before sending your file over.
If You’re Not Sure What to Send
If you’re unsure whether your file will work well, it’s fine to send what you have and ask — and if you need something built from scratch, separate design time is available to help put together a print-ready design.
