Getting Your Logo Ready for a Custom Print Order: A Quick Guide
Most custom orders go smoothly with whatever logo or photo file you already have on hand, but a little prep on your end can make the process faster and the final print cleaner.
Light Backgrounds Are Handled Automatically
If your logo has a white or light background, it’s removed automatically during production, so you don’t need to send a pre-cut transparent file — a standard logo export is usually enough.
Higher Resolution Prints Cleaner
A larger, higher-resolution image gives a sharper result than a small file pulled off a website or social media profile, especially for smaller print surfaces like a poker chip or golf ball.
Simple Designs Translate Better to Small Surfaces
A logo with a lot of fine detail or small text may not read clearly at chip or ball size — a simplified version of your logo, if you have one, often prints better than the full detailed version.
When You Need More Help
If you don’t have a print-ready design at all, additional design time is available separately for building out artwork or mockups beyond what’s included with a standard order.
